Bridget has worked in executive search since 2021 and collaborates closely with all members of the team to ensure client engagements run smoothly from inception through completion. She supports business development initiatives, client onboarding, candidate coordination, and the firm’s day-to-day operations. Bridget holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona.

• What are three things you do (just about) every day?

  1. Buy coffee. I could make it at home, but mostly I enjoy the routine of walking into my local coffee shop each morning.

• What are three things you wish you did every day?

  1. Cook. Admittedly, I order too much takeout.

  2. Spend more time with friends.

• Who do you go to for advice and why?

  I turn to my childhood and college friends, as well as colleagues. I value perspective from people who have known me for years and those who offer a fresh, thoughtful perspective.

• What is most important to you about where you work?

  The people and culture are what I value most. I love being part of a team, and working alongside some of the smartest people I’ve met keeps me challenged and motivated.

• What do you love about what you do?

  I love being hands-on in every process, keeping searches on track and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved.

• What’s one book you often return to or recommend? Why?

  Educated by Tara Westover. My friend Sam recommended it years ago, and it really stuck with me. Its themes of resilience and self-discovery remind me of how important adaptability and continuous learning are, both personally and professionally.

• Where is your happy place?

  Tucson, Arizona. It was the perfect college town, and even now it feels like home. There’s something about the streets, the sunsets, and the memories that makes me feel grounded and happy. Bear Down!
