Jennifer Novack
Founding Partner
Prior to co-founding September Search Partners with Emily, and leading the global real assets practice together at Sheffield Haworth, Jennifer was a Managing Partner at Sousou Partners, where she built and led the Americas practice over the course of a decade. Jennifer began her career on the Foreign Exchange desk at Goldman Sachs, first in London, then New York. She graduated from Harvard with a degree in Economics and citation in Chinese, and speaks Spanish, German and Mandarin. Jennifer serves on the board of WX.
